I like your work on his characteristics however I would prefer you to write out what his key characterisitcs are in your own words. Also you talk about him taking calculated risks but do not give me examples of these. This means you lack application which would affect your marks in an exam. Consider his creation of face-mash and the innovation and invention he showed doing this and experimenting with social networking websites. He got into a lot of trouble but it led him into creating Facebook...
