We have been studying in class about different laws which protect employees from discrimination in the recruitment process and also when working in a business. This article covers Alan Sugars comments about how employers should be able to ask about whether a woman plans to have a family in an interview whilst currently under the sexual discrimination laws in place they cannot... We will debate this in class today!
