In my opinion, Dr. Sheena Raja would benefit mostly from being in a partnership. This is because, even though she is qualified, she does not have enough experience to open up a business on her own and run it and does not have the experience to open a huge business company either. She should go for a partnership type business as she will always have someone to help her and she won't be her own boss. She'll also have 50% of the money earned which is a good amount for her as she is new to the business world. Opening a sole trading type business would benefit her by giving her all the money earned but she would not be sure if her business will end up successful unless she has someone to consult. In the same way, opening a franchise or a PLC would benefit her as she would list herself on the stock change making her business more likely to become huge. However, if her business fails, she will have nothing to fall back on and will have to disappoint several of her employees by shutting down the business as she is not receiving any profit. She should go for a partnership as it has more advantages then disadvantages. For the reasons above, it is best if she starts out with a partnership and if she becomes successful enough she can start a PLC or a LTD.
