Team Titanium:Calum Dobie, Hannam Badar, Danial Naveed, Moosa Aamir, Mahmoud Abdeljaber and Mike M
In the first week we had thought of business ideas and a team name, we then started . The first thing we did was have a brainstorm session on business ideas. We thought of many ideas, some being foolish and some being serious. After our brainstorm session we started narrowing down our ideas to feasible and profitable ideas, we would also look at health and safety risks that some of the ideas could cause. Once we narrowed down to 3 ideas (Slide challenge, Slug wars, Penalty shootout) we then started to think of name ideas, some being very inappropriate such as Pindi Autos but we then thought of a good name that could be appealing to sponsors. We came up with the name Team Titanium, we chose this name as it makes sound strong.
After we sorted out the team name and ideas, i then split up the group to do different task. I took advantage of our large group numbers by starting to plan ahead and expand some of the ideas and how we could carry them out. I made Mahmoud and Danial do research on primary and secondary research method from the textbook as i think that it is a good resource compared to some websites on the internet. hannan was the person that filled out the research log. Me ,Moosa and Mike discussed how we could carry out the ideas we had chosen aswell as how to do our market research and think of questionnaire questions and how we will carry out the questionnaire. we also discussed as a whole group ideas on sponsors for our business and prizes.
Everyone was working well and doing what they were told to do. Everyone participated well.

I gave people 4's because everyone was working well but some of the ideas on names were immature.
Next lesson we should be able to create the questionnaire and complete it, we will then split into 3 groups of 2 so we can get more information within a small time period. We should be able to analyse our results and narrow down to 2 ideas one being the main one and one being a back up if we cannot do the first one for multiple reasons.
